 Program Pendidikan dan Artistik

NUDA is a not-for-profit organization with the mission of & Enliven the Malay heritage, in particular the language and performing arts, by blending it with the contemporary forms and through the discovery and development of emerging and young talents. Founded in late 2004 by a group of individuals driven by a desire to share with the younger generation the rhythmic beauty of the Malay language, NUDA aims to fulfill its mission through the following:

1. organising Malay literary and performing arts events and activities, targeting mainly, but not limited to, the Malay youths

2. serving as a resource for young Malay literary and performing artists residing in Singapore

3. creating opportunities for Malay literary and performing artists and youth to gather and acquire new skills and knowledge

4. showcase the Singapore Malay talents locally and internationally

Incorporated in Singapore as a not-for-profit company-limited-by-guarantee, NUDA relies primarily on sponsorship and individual initiative for its activities and projects.
